Incorporating Personal Data into TERRITORIO CREATIVO, S.L. Files

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as “LOPD”), it is reported that all personal data provided by the User through Websites accessible using territoriocreativo.es and tclabs.es domain names, as well as their respective subdomains (hereinafter interchangeably called “the Website”), will be stored and processed in files owned by TERRITORIO CREATIVO, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “GOOD REBELS “) for the following purposes: (i) to enable the delivery of services requested by the User and to respond to their requests for information, (ii) to keep the User informed, including by electronic means, about products, services and news from GOOD REBELS. The User may at any time request not to receive further communications of this type by sending an email to info@goodrebels.com.

Exercise of Rights

The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition under the provisions of the Data Protection Act, by written communication addressed to GOOD REBELS, Calle Eloy Gonzalo, number 27, 7th floor, 28010 – Madrid, Spain; or by email addressed to info@goodrebels.com. In both cases, the User concerned shall attach a copy of his/her national identity card, passport or other valid identification document.

Prohibited for Minors

Communication of Data by the User Him/Herself

The User knows and accepts that by using some of the services offered by GOOD REBELS on the Website, their personal data will be shown thereon and may be viewed by other Users of the Website. This is the case for the comments made in the #socialholic, #TcBlog, #TcLab or #TcLab_Public sections and blogs, where the User name will be made public alongside the corresponding comment.

Users must not provide the personal data of third parties through the Website. The User agrees to hold GOOD REBELS harmless against any possible claim, fine or penalty that they may be obliged to bear as a result of a breach by the User of any duty described in this paragraph.

Use of Cookies
